Set of 4 dining chairs ‘B257’ by Emile Guillot
Set of 4 very rare cantilever chairs model B257, designed by French designer Emile Guillot in the 1930’s, produced by Thonet, Paris. These Bauhaus chairs with a tubular frame and beautiful solid wooden backrest and seating are in good condition. One of the chairs has a wooden chip missing on the side. Hardly any corrosion on the tubular frames, as shown in the pictures. Thanks to the cantilever design, sitting on these chairs feels like you’re floating on air and always in movement. A set of 4 of these chairs is hard to find, especially in this condition.
