Set of 3 bar stools ‘Pirrka’ by Ilmari Tapiovaara
Set of 3 stools, designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara in the 1950’s for Artek and produced in Finland. These bar chairs with black lacquered birch wood base, braced, conical legs and an oval, two-piece glazed pine wood seat make a good addition to a breakfast bar or a cooking island. These stools were designed in the 1950’s and this edition, all labeled by Artek underneath, dates from 2017. There are some scratches and using marks on the seats, the footrests got a fresh layer of black lacquer. In good condition, sold only as a set of 3.
