Nightstands by AB Carlström & co, Sweden, 1950’s (Sold)

This set of freestanding bedside tables was designed and produced by AB Carlström & co in Sweden in the 1950’s. These night stands are a perfect example of  the timeless and functional design that characterizes Scandinavian furniture from the period. The  tapered beechwood legs give it an airy and light look, while practical storage space is offered by the drawer and newspaper tablet. Green bottom inside the drawers. Some discolourisation on the tops. Further in good condition.
