Manhattan floor lamp by Baltensweiler
This metal and granite floor lamp was designed by Rico and Rosemarie Baltensweiler and produced by Baltensweiler in Switzerland during the 1980’s. The perforated front allows the light to seep through and the reflective backside allows the light to flow freely on the other side. The inspiration for this minimalist lamp came from the skyskrapers in Manhattan New York, hence the name ‘Manhattan S’. The solid granite base measures 20 by 20 centimeters. Maker’s label at the base.There’s a few small chips of black lacquer missing, but further this lamp is in very good condition.
