Easy chair, French design
This rare easy chair was designed in the style of the French designer couple Adrien Audoux & Frida Minet in the 1950’s. A highly sought after piece made from beech wood and abaca rope, This chair has a timeless appeal with its simple yet elegant design, featuring hand-turned beech wood frames and intricately woven rope seats and backs, all in good original condition. There’s one restored crack on the backrest, but it’s not too disturbing. These comfortable chairs were inspired by a primitive aesthetic, offering both style and comfort. They can be used inside and out, if not left in the pouring rain nor winter cold. We have also a darker edition of the same model available.
