Dining table by Glostrup (Sold)

This solid teak dining table was designed and produced by Glostrup in Denmark in the 1960’s. It’s a versatile piece that can be used as a round table for 4 or extended with one or two extra leaves of about 50 cm each in case you have extra guests. The style is reminiscent to tables by Niels Bach and Niels Moller. The quality is also very clear hence the sturdy metal support rails underneath and the amount of detail used on the construction. The tension clasps underneath the top hold the extra leaves together tightly. Apart from a darker stain on one of the leaves, the table is in very good condition.
