Colour litho by Eskill Nordell (Sold)

This lithography was made and signed in pencil  on the paper by Swedish artist Eskill Nordell in 1969, numbered 44 out of an edition of 260 exemplars.  This is a colourful scene on a Spanish tiled marketsquare with merchants selling pineapples out of a wheelbarrow and basket and strollers chatting under a palm tree and terracotta roofs. The style is naive but the colours and scene are vivid. Also the shadowplay make this sunny scene a joy to watch. The frame is in good condition and made out of wood.
